Strict rules governing voter eligibility, fraud prevention, church venue Wi-Fi reviews, and normalized scoring formulas.
Every voter must authenticate with a verified Sifa Play account. Each account is limited to exactly one vote per award category. Device fingerprints are deterministically hashed (SHA-256 + salt); duplicate submissions from the same hardware within the same category are rejected with HTTP 409 Conflict.
Server-derived identity guarantees: client request bodies cannot spoof voter IDs or IP addresses.
